A non refundable deposit is asked if you commission a quilt, as I need to purchase fabric to suit your order.

Quilts are priced on their complexity and size. So you might see two quilts that are the same size priced differently, so complexity of the design is the reason. Often the simple ones are the most difficult.

I will ship within 2 business days. If you wish Express delivery please contact me for costs for quilts that are prepared.
Ones made just for you will take a little longer due to allow for making of the quilt..

Custom quilts are not refunable if the colours are not as the customer expected. As I have the colours approved by the customer before starting the qilt, the customer accepts any choice made.

In order for the quilt to be considered for a refund, the quilt must be in the condition it was sent. Once it has been washed or dry cleaned it is non refundable.
I accept no responsibilty once the quilt has left my hands, or any damage to the packaging whilst in transit.
I advise requesting a postage method that has a tracking number.
The buyer pays for return postage.
No returns because the customer changes their mind.
